Tales of the Rich, Sick and Desperate - V. Stiviano

Thots, Side Chicks, Secret Lovers and Gold Diggers all throughout California should take heed of the California ruling in the case of Shelly Sterling vs. V. Stiviano. A Los Angeles judge just ruled that poor little V. Stiviano (who brought down Donald Sterling, former owner of the LA Clippers (& current husband of Shelly Sterling) last year due to racial slur allegations - check the link - http://www.cnn.com/2014/04/29/us/clippers-sterling-scandal/)

V. Stiviano was ordered to return $2.6 million in gifts that she received from her former "man-friend" Donald Sterling. Shelly Sterling was seeking $3 million in her lawsuit, but appears to he satisfied with the judgement.

Madame Noir is reporting....

Prior to the scandal while Stiviano was going all around town with Donald Sterling, he was still legally married. His wife, Shelly Sterling, sued her husband’s former mistress for repayment of gifts and money Sterling.

“Shelly is thrilled with the decision. This is a victory for the Sterling family in recovering the $2,630,000 that Donald lavished on a conniving mistress. It also sets a precedent that the injured spouse can recover damages from the recipient of these ill-begotten gifts,” Pierce O’Donnell, Shelly Sterling’s lawyer, said in a statement.

According to Shelly Sterling, the money her husband used to buy V. Stiviano a house, luxury cars, and stocks was part of community property and thus partly hers. But Donald spent it on a lot of expensive gifts for Stiviano during their 2 1/2-year relationship. Donald Sterling gave Stiviano a Ferrari, a Bentley, and a Range Rover, and paid most of the money for her $1.8 million duplex, reports ABC News.

But Stiviano’s lawyer claimed the gifts were made when Donald and Shelly Sterling were separated.

What can a side-chick do to protect her interests?

Is this cheaters justice or is this a raw deal? What are your thoughts?
